Fazeela Abdul Rashid

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Fazeela has more than 20 years of healthcare finance and investing experience with a focus on growth equity. She was previously a Partner at Revolution Growth, a technology investment firm that focuses on investment opportunities at the intersection of technology and policy. From 2010-2021, she was Managing Director of Americas at Temasek International, a global investment firm headquartered in Singapore. At Temasek, Fazeela was instrumental in building early efforts in U.S. healthcare investments, starting the European practice, leading the U.S. consumer practice, and launching and overseeing the firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Earlier in her career, she worked at Solera Capital, Cytyc Corporation (now Hologic), and Credit Suisse.

Fazeela has gained significant board experience and expertise in operations, strategy, M&A and corporate governance. Some of the companies she has worked closely with include Zephyr AI, Pathos, Tempus, Talkspace, Meati Foods, Curbio, Noom, National Veterinary Associates (NVA), Ceva, Alvogen, Alvotech, ThermoFisher Scientific, Duolingo, Harry’s and Califia Farms.

Fazeela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in chemical engineering with a minor in economics from Cornell University. In addition to her work experience, Fazeela is the Chair of the Advisory Council of Cornell University’s Robert F. Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, a member of Cornell University’s Engineering College Council and a board member of the Ideagarden Institute. She is originally from Singapore.
